Summit Funding opens new offices in Basin Street Properties’ Petaluma Marina Business Center
Petaluma, CA (date May 9, 2016) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease for 3,074 square feet with Summit Funding in its Petaluma Marina Business Center. Summit Funding (NMLS ID# 3199, an approved equal housing lender) is a full service mortgage lender with an experienced staff offering guidance in every area of mortgage lending, from purchase to refinance to construction lending. Brent Blaustein (NMLS ID# 282805, CA BRE ID# 01404588) heads up Summit Funding’s Petaluma office.
