Leases 14,320 Square Feet at the former Prospect Green office campus in Rancho Cordova
Sacramento, CA (date March 21, 2018) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease for 14,320 square feet with Lucent Health (formerly Capital Administrators) at White Rock Corporate Campus. Lucent Health is a premier third-party health administrator with regional and national clients across a variety of industries. “Lucent Health is the high-quality tenant we had in mind when we purchased White Rock,” said Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing at Basin Street Properties. “With the great bones of the property and the additional amenities and improvements we have planned, we expect Lucent Health and similar tenants to thrive at White Rock for many years to come.”
