Golden State Wealth Management opens new offices into Basin Street Properties’ Petaluma Marina Business Center
Petaluma, CA (date May 9, 2016) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Golden State Wealth Management in its Petaluma Marina Business Center. Golden State Wealth Management is a family of established financial advisors with a pride in putting our clients’ interests first. Jason Diaz will head up the new office. He joins Golden State Wealth Management with six years of financial services experience and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He started his financial career with Edward Jones Investments and later transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC. Mr. Diaz specializes in retirement, estate, and tax planning, as well as 401K administration, business consulting, and general wealth management.
Petaluma Marina Business Center consists of three, 3-story office buildings with approximately 116,380 square feet. It is located at the junction of Lakeville Highway 116 and Highway 101 overlooking the Petaluma River Marina. The location offers beautiful mountain and water views from most suites. There are also miles of walking and biking trails in the adjacent 300-acre Shollenberger Park.
