First California Mortgage Co. expands offices into Basin Street Properties’ Sequoia Center in Petaluma

Petaluma, CA (October 1, 2015) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with First California Mortgage Co. (First Cal) for 24,000 square feet in its Sequoia Center, 1400 N. McDowell in Petaluma.
