Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP Expands In Reno With New Offices at 50 West Liberty
Reno, NV (date May 2, 2016) – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP (Bremer Whyte) for 2,090 square feet in its 50 West Liberty building in downtown Reno. “Bremer Whyte has been a legal industry leader throughout Nevada, including Reno and Las Vegas, for several years,” said Nicole Whyte. “Our decision to expand our offices in Reno is part of our overall growth strategy at Bremer Whyte to better serve our local clientele. We will be increasing our overall staff, including hiring attorneys, paralegals and support.” Bremer Whyte has been doing business in Reno for over 16 years and works with a variety of mid- to large-size companies, but has also begun to see more startups requesting their services.
Bremer Whyte joins five other companies opening new or expanding existing offices in Downtown Reno, capturing over 30,000 square feet of available space in 2016. “Bremer Whyte growing into new downtown offices is an exciting story. The new location at 50 West Liberty allows for more growth and a greater presence in Northern Nevada.
