Petaluma, CA – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with Bistro 100 for 10,150 square feet in its Theatre Square complex in Petaluma, announced Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Leasing for Basin Street Properties. Bistro 100 is a new French fusion restaurant dedicated to local resourcing. All ingredients used, as well as wine and beer served, are sourced within 100 miles of the restaurant’s location in Petaluma.

Bistro 100, inspired by French cuisine and the Wine Country, was founded by Chef Garrett Adair, who has served as a private chef for CEOs, celebrities and exclusive clients around the US. Adair’s artisan cuisine menu incorporates organic and sustainable food from local farms and gourmet stores. In addition, the restaurant will incorporate unique vintage décor from Sonoma and San Francisco and offer a jazz infused lounge area.

Theatre Square is a three-story mixed use project located at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard and D Street, immediately across from the Boulevard Cinemas and in the heart of the Theatre District.
