William C. White
Bill is a co-founder of Basin Street Properties and head of the company's board of directors. He brings more than four decades of real estate experience and expertise to Basin Street, and his knowledge has proven invaluable since our inception. Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Lehigh University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Matthew T. White
Matt spearheads the acquisition, development, design and finance of Basin Street's diverse real estate portfolio. Under Matt's leadership, Basin Street has grown to encompass major development projects and financing deals throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada. Additionally, Matt manages the Basin Street Properties Investor Program, performing assessment and analysis for acquisitions and development projects, as well as providing strategic real estate advice and support to investors. Since joining Basin Street in 1994, he has directed the acquisition, financing and development of a broad range of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Basin Street's core geographic markets. Matt holds a BA from Boston University.

Thomas H. Birdsall
Tom joined the company full-time in February 2011 after forming Basin Street Hospitality with Matt White in 2007 and consulting with the company on other projects since that time. He has overall responsibility for the company's projects in Northern California, including operations, leasing, marketing, asset repositioning and disposition strategies, new acquisitions and developments and the overall growth of the company's presence in Northern California. Tom continues to manage the Basin Street Hospitality projects in California and Nevada. Prior to forming Basin Street Hospitality, Tom led the turnaround of the Sheraton Sonoma County'Petaluma Hotel into one of the top performing hotels in the region. Prior to that, Tom had an 18-year career at the international consulting firm of Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, Inc. Tom received an A.B. in economics from U.C. Berkeley, and a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

John Barella
John is the founder and CEO of North Bay Construction, Inc. a General Engineering construction company established in 1976. North Bay Construction, Inc is regarded as one of the premier construction companies in Northern California specializing in Grading, Paving and Underground Utility construction with annual revenues in excess of $100M. Mr. Barella is a strong supporter and participant of various non-profit organizations such as Boys & Girls Club of America, Hospice and Petaluma Educational Foundation.

Michael J. Wright
Mike is co-owner of Wright Contracting, Inc., along with his brother Jay Wright. Founded in 1953 by their father, Paul V. Wright, Wright Contracting, Inc. is a general building contractor specializing in all types of non-residential projects. As Wright’s CFO, Mike is an integral part of the firm’s continued success. Some of Wright’s current projects include education facilities, hospitals, wineries, office buildings, student housing and parking structures. In addition to his work at Wright, Mike is an avid supporter of local arts and entertainment organizations, serving on several non-profit boards. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant prior to joining Wright Contracting in 1984.

Robert Stein
Bob is the founding partner of Stein & Lubin LLP, a 28 year-old law firm with over thirty attorneys specializing in sophisticated business, finance and real estate transactions and related litigation, including tax, bankruptcy and securities matters. The Firm’s clients include major lenders, Fortune 500 companies, and family-owned businesses. Mr. Stein graduated from Yale University, Magna Cum Laude in 1970 with highest honors in Political Science and subsequently worked for a year for the New York City Planning Department. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley (Boalt Hall Law School) in 1974 receiving his Juris Doctorate degree.

Sean Flannery
Sean Flannery has spent his entire career at Wells Fargo, joining the Bank in 1990. After completing the Bank’s Analyst and Credit Training Programs, Sean joined the real estate workout team in Irvine, CA, and later, in San Francisco. In late 1994, Sean took an opportunity to join a new group, later named Real Estate Merchant Banking (REMB), to acquire and originate opportunistic real estate financing. Sean led the San Francisco REMB office for more than ten years, until the Wachovia merger. In January 2009, Sean joined the newly formed Special Situations Group to oversee the resolution efforts in the residential development and ORE portfolios of the former Wachovia assets. After two and a half years, Sean has now transitioned back to the origination side of real estate financing, with a restarted REMB group focused on the acquisition and origination of opportunistic real estate financing. Sean is a graduate of Stanford University, with a BA in Economics.

Donald H. Kuemmeler
Mr. Kuemmeler is a Founding Partner of PCCP. He directs PCCP’s lending effort of more than $3.5 billion in structured real estate financing and $1.5 billion of joint venture equity. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Kuemmeler spent thirteen years at Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group. In this capacity he was responsible for acquiring and financing sub-performing and non-performing loan portfolios, acquiring and managing distressed CMBS, and structuring and investing in other value-added real estate opportunities. Prior to joining the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, Mr. Kuemmeler was a Principal in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Workout Group, where he restructured problem loans. He led the bank workouts of large structured national credits, including multi-lender syndicates on public company real estate secured and unsecured debt. Mr. Kuemmeler earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and received his master’s degree from University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Michael Hatfield
President and CEO of Cyan, an industry-leading, global provider of Service Level Aware Network Solutions, including packet-optical transport systems, industry-leading software and SaaS solutions, and professional services. Cyan enables network builders to scale, extend, and simplify conventional and packet-based networks for more profitable service offerings. Cyan is a Petaluma, California team of industry veterans with a track record of successful innovation in communications networks around the world. Mr. Hatfield is a veteran of three other successful communications systems start-ups. Most recently Michael was founder and CEO of Calix (CALX), a publicly traded communication systems company. Calix is a leading producer of high-speed access systems for Communications Service Providers. Prior to Calix, Michael was co-founder and COO of Cerent, a leading provider of high-speed fiber-optics systems acquired by Cisco Systems for $7B. Michael's initial start-up success came as an early team member and vice-president of marketing for Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC). During his tenure, AFC went from start-up to a publicly traded enterprise. He has also served in management roles at DSC Communications and Ameritech. Michael has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Economics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
